JDI 2015 Supreme Session

To all Supreme Session attendees:

It has come to our attention that many of you have booked multiple rooms at the Westin Hotel. If you have overbooked your rooms please release the extra rooms immediately. Due to overbooking, the hotel has run out of double rooms which will unnecessarily force others to make reservations at an overflow hotel. It is our hope to have all attendees at the main hotel. In addition, anyone with a reservation for a double room with only 1 or 2 people in the room will be moved to a King. If for some reason this will not be acceptable please contact Session Chairman Karen Roth to request not to be moved. Once again, our goal is to accommodate all Session attendees at the same hotel. Please release any unnecessary rooms in your reservation.

Thank you,
Karen Roth
Session Chairman
